Barter bug on existing builds #61

Description

Barter life skill not appearing on existing character builds.
Doesn't appear to be added to the lifeskills array section of the build save in db.

It does appear when starting a fresh build though.
And does get added to the lifeskills array of the build save in the db.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. load existing build
  2. check character tab for barter
  3. It won't be there
  4. Cry?

Expected Behavior

It should appear in the character tab regardless of being an old or fresh build.

Actual Behavior

It doesn't appear at all.

Fixed in the next version, whenever that is
