Alt-Text not visible directly #155

When looking at a picture the alt-text is only visible :

After a long press on the picture on mobile
After clicking on the picture, then putting your mouse onto it and waiting a bit on desktop (see image below)

Is there a way to make it more accessible ? Like when you click on the picture the alt-text is opend just below it ?

Or even better: when hovering the mouse over the image, or showing a small 'alt' box next to the image, which one could click. It would be faster than opening the image to view.
