Sigma maps and table containing values per map pixel in naive maps script #32

The sigma maps are in the exact same format as the current Av, Rv, and f_A maps.
The values_per_pixel table is in HD5 format. When you load it with h5py.File, the indexing is as follows:
```
f = h5py.File(filename)
f['Av'][x_index, y_index] = list of values
```
