Hi, after compilation of version 1.3.0 from source, snap.jar shows, that version 1.1.1 was installed.

$ java -jar snap.jar

              SNAPP v1.1.1, 2009-2012
         SNP and AFLP Phylogenetic analysis
             Designed and developed by
           David Bryant, Remco Bouckaert
