I did some changes to the package:

  1. diversified sampling of extant taxa for the fbd analysis (with an example of hymenoptera)
  2. a birth-turnover-s parametrization
  3. improved numerical stability by replacing log( g() ) with _logq()
  4. a fix of line 456 for maxTime to (relative?1.0:maxTime)

Junit tests are passed. Please review my changes, thanks!
