Option to make one side of 1/4th walls portalable or non-portalable #2007

Add another checkbox to make the side facing the handle gizmo white, or if it's "Start Reversed", black. This will prevent exploits where one side of a 1/4th wall is needed to be portalable but the other side shouldn't be.

Unfortunately, the Start Reversed and Start Enabled are both taken by other features on the Thin Wall item.

Indeed, we could perhaps use auto drop first cube to achieve this.
