The funnel emitter model originally had extra details inside of it that were removed in the final game, seemingly as a console optimization. The full model with the extra details was later used in Robot Repair, so since we already pack custom funnel models in BEE anyway (for the orange skin), we should backport the Robot Repair one and use that. I think modern computers will be powerful enough to handle a bit of extra geometry in the funnel emitter model (and BEE maps being less detailed than campaign maps overall might make up for that anyway).
For Overgrown, the current funnel model used in BEE should have the extra geometry added into it. Not sure if we ever got the source files for that, might have to ask Erin.
