Save voice lines settings to palettes #1729

What operating system are you running on?

Windows 10 (64bit)

Description of the bug

When you try to save for example glados(clean) settings to only one preset it saves it to all presets not only the one that you selected. I apologise for reporting if it's not a bug. If it in fact isn't then it should be a feature.

Expected behavior

I expect for it to save to the selected preset and not to all when clicking on save while a preset is selected.

Steps to reproduce

To reproduce:

Step:1 open a preset Step:2 open voice line settings. Step:3 change a setting in voice line settings. Step:4 Save those settings. Step:5 open another preset. Step:6 open voice line settings Step:7 look for the setting that you just changed, it should now be the same in the other preset.

Ah yes, I need to make that system save to the palette.
