chg: revert pin on lxml #106

This pull request fixes Issue #105 .

@damian5710, I just remembered that the last change to the develop branch also has to do with the lxml dependency compatibility. I think it makes sense for these changes to go together in a new release. Do you mind opening a new PR to merge this change into develop and then we can merge develop into master for the new release?
