Release 1.0.0!

New Features:

Speech2Text support using HF openai/whisper-* models or Google Speech Recognition API
Sending and Receiving files
Added support of plotly bot messages
Added function to stop a running bot

Improvements:

Improved Luxembourgish preprocessing by using lemmatizer provided by https://github.com/questoph/spellux
More efficient behavior in case of duplicated sessions
