Hub list - Hub Director name #46

After creating a hub and attaching a Hub Director (from the pull-down menu), the Hub Director name is reported as "undefined undefined" on the "Hub Management" page after creation. Editing the hub shows the correct user selected in the pull-down but the "Hub Management" page listing the hubs continues to report "undefined undefined".

We probably want an email address of hub director on this "Hub Management" page listing as well.

Hard reload fixed this issue.

I still get the same issue. On Admin > Hubs page, click on "Edit" next to hub. Select a Hub Director from pull-down menu (even selected the same person/no change), click save and the Admin > Hubs page shows "undefined undefined" for the Hub Director name. Takes a hard reload to update to the show the correct name.
