There needs to be a way to edit seasons. This is a high level admin action, so can be hidden fairly far in the system. Seasons need to be creatable before most other things can use them.

I think we may need some more fields in seasons, perhaps whether or not the season is open for signup or not.

This has been done for some time. It should be revisited for user friendliness, but at launch we will have exactly 3 people who can access it.
