little changes to workflow needed

[x] rename input files
[x] create market_results folder in example_sceanrio folder
[x] make main use scenario from path when given not path in config.txt
[x] path in config.txt should then be obsolete and only me a comment used for documentation
[x] include netgraph in requirements.txt
