Add possibility to set the custom bind phrase #1

Current implementation of the BetaFPV Configurator does not have the possibility to set the custom bind phrase. Many users would like to have this feature.

The features have been added in version 1.0.1,you can get it here，and You will also need to upgrade your liteRadio’s firmware to 1.0.1. 13958FA1-271D-49c2-B547-198F11AF08AB
