Cetus Pro FC board firmware not updating

I tried to update the firmware of my Cetus pro drone and now it doesn't work at all. I tried flashing all firmware for the pro but it just won't work. I just got the drone today. What should i do? the configurator app using the exe file and the configurator V3 don't work either.
