Trying to connect to flash firmware when upgrading lite radio 2 to ELRS board #25

Hello, I am having difficulty with configurator manual install of new firmware after swapping old literadio 2 to a new ELRS board. Watched youtube videos and read these threads but to no avail. It is being recognized with blue light on radio, as COM4 in the firmware flasher. (green light on radio was not registering at all, so i pressed setup and power then connected to USB-c, to blue light). Was getting the network error when trying online. After downloading LiteRadio_2_SE_V2_SX1280_1.0.1.bin on (windows 10), it shows as a BIN file that I cannot open. Tried saving to different file, bypassing windows defender, allowing file access and still no luck, renaming to .cue file. No luck. Not sure where to proceed.

Is you want to update the Radio firmware?
