disarm appears on the screen and the drone does not start #39

I can’t remove the disarm sign and launch the drone, I don’t understand what needs to be done. At first everything started fine, but then a message appeared and I can no longer start

I am newbie but maybe you need to recalibrate transmitter so left stick should match -100 when at the bottom. Related question is how to make transmitter less sensitive (-50;50) but allow drone arm with that new minimum.
