Replace Postsharp #1388

Installing the free old version (4.3.47/48), which is currently used, gets more complicated. Also the company changed the name and business model. (https://www.postsharp.net/metalama/free)

[ ] check if the new free version could solve
[ ] search for usage within BEXIS2 Core
[ ] search for alternatives or remove functionality from core

Even after the switch/takeover of the company to metalama, there is a free version of PostSharp, called PostSharp Essentials.

Within the current version of BEXIS2, you need to use/run the specific version 4.3.19 of PostSharp. Back to that version, PostSharp Essentials does not exist, but a similar free version was/is available - called PostSharp Express/Community.

So, the usage within BEXIS2 should be possible even without a specific license.
