Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. As a data manager, I would like to know who has created a dataset and who has uploaded or updated it.

Describe the solution you'd like

[ ] I would like to see the relationship between a dataset and its creator OR see the name of dataset creator close to the dataset in datasets manager or in the party package.
[x] I would like to see the name of the user who has updated each dataset version.
