Dead link in HowToCreditData.md #13

Hi, I just noticed that in this page the link to the LUI tool citation doesn't work:

LUI tool - land use intensity index: If you have used the LUI caclulation tool, please reference as indicated in the info file found there.

(also the is a typo in "caclulation" -> calculation :)
