image_dilate using incorrect variable #14

In object_cloud_shadow, the call to image_dilate is using the cldpix variable 
for determining shadow, when it should be using the sdpix variable for shadow.

This issue it benign today, because they are both the same value. In our espa 
processing system and defaults.

The code has been updated to use the correct variable.
