Kythe isn't producing output on these projects. Need to build latest Kythe and see if this issue goes away.

Produces empty Kythe files: nickmcdowall/javaandgroovy

Issue doesn't go away with Kythe 0.28. Will need to look into further.

Going to parse source code to determine references. No more building.
