Describe the bug

Using an AOE effect from mcmmo or AdvancedEnchantments throws an error

activating location-based effect without a valid target (e.g. @block). Ravenous. level 1 activating location-based effect without a valid target (e.g. @block). Epicness. level 2

I would assume that the beacons are being loaded as an entity and therefore technically targetable

To Reproduce

Place a loader down and hit any mob or entity while using serrated strikes from mcmmo, or the advancedenchantments listed above.
