Fix bug from issue #49 #53

Seems to have gotten rid of the warning in issue #49

Sorry, I am new to pull requests and upstream branches

Idk. It worked for 1.17. That is the only version I changed

Yeah, the nms jar that is provided with the repository has 2 gamemode parameters - newMode and oldMode. Therefore, by removing one of them these versions will not work.

This seems to be more in line with 1.18.1-2 and 1.19 versions
