Item stacking bug #938

Describe the bug

It to many items get dropped and tried to stack, some items will not get stack and will just be voided.

To Reproduce

  1. Fill you inventory with a bunch of the same item.
  2. drop all the items on the ground rapidly via "CTRL + Q"
  3. Pick up the stack
  4. Notice missing stacks.

I looked at it again, and even without any plugins installed and spam-throwing items, I have items disappear. This doesn't seem to be related to WildStacker, but Paper or Spigot causing this issue.
