If you trench blocks using cuboid mode, then any blocks broken as from the trenched blocks being removed (like if there were redstone on top of a trenched block) do not fire the BlockDestroyEvent as it normally would. I have attached a video. In the video the redstone parts are placed on top of the area that will be trenched and when it is trenched, they all drop. However, the BlockDestroyEvent SHOULD be fire for that. It isnt
