Create Dictionary Mapping ClassDescription entry Names and UUIDs for easy-access in SE functions.

May involve creating helper functions to generate entries.

I've filled out the rest of the ClassDescriptions. I could add the modded classes and subclasses that utilize CL or CF if you want
