Add placeholder that resolves the motd of a server (using server-check feature) #17

I suggest making more placeholders for example: %pbservermotd{server_name}%, a placeholder that displays the name of the server that you get to when using balancer, and so on. I mostly want to see the placeholder: %pbservermotd{server_name}%

Hi, doesn't PlaceholderAPI have an extension for that already? I could definitely make one myself but there is no point in having two that do the same.

there is a placeholder from pinger, but it outputs from server.properties.

Ok, I will add this in the next release. I don't know when that will be, I want to do #18 first. I don't have much time but it will be released, eventually.
