feat: velocity support

Hi! This PR adds Velocity support It has been tested several times and things should work as expected.

Code Changes

• Updated package name to com.jaimemartz.playerbalancer.velocity
• /balancer paste command
  • /balancer paste bungee replaced with /balancer paste velocity
  • and changed the file name to velocity.toml in PasteHelper
  • /balancer paste logs will now directly upload the server log (logs/latest.log)
• Section Server
  • Due to technical difficulty, show players on section server are not possible in Velocity
  • But all functionality should work properly
• ServerListPing and ServerStatus
  • description is now Component instead of String
  • ping method in Velocity return Component in description, StatusResponse have a method fromJson to handle description correctly
• All message related has been changed to Adventure Component

Styles Changes

• Section info command changes
  • Parent section hover text changes: Click me for info → Click me for info of <parent section>
  • Section server list will use color depends on online status: RED = Offline; GREEN = Online
• Replaced BungeeCord text to Velocity in messages/log
• Config’s messages has been updated to mini message format
• Section list command changes
  • Hover text changes: Click me for info → Click me for info of section <section name>

New Features

• same-section message now have three new variable can be used
  • {server} - the current server connected to
  • {section} - the connected section name
  • {alias} - the connected section alias

Removed Features

• balancer.log log file
  • Removed due to unnecessary, it does not affect pastes log with command /balancer paste logs since it will upload the logs/latest.log instead.

Project Changes

• Velocity port located in balancer-velocity folder

This is beyond amazing! I've been so busy over the last year, I haven't even had time to look into the velocityAPI.
