For now, this needs to be either disabled or removed. (I would suggest disabled, since we should get this working at some point)

Gary, you missed 2 options in both of the checkboxes, so I disabled them and commited the changes. Now all the non-working options are disabled.

Sorry -- I thought it was only the hires. (I would like to get the Colorware interface implemented at some point, too... so I can run Max-10 again.)
