Good work. It will be much faster if you simply copy them into FR3DSource and take them out of FR3DDevelopment, and I don't mind you doing that. I'm not quite set up yet with github, there is a version for the PC, but I'm not sure how to make it do what you need, and I'm out of time this morning.
Jim and I are going to work on splitting FR3DDevelopment into folders.
Should not be too hard.

[Update] Please don't merge yet, I discovered that zMotifSignature is incompatible because of phonetic signatures. I need to think about what is the right way of resolving this.
I've identified 4 files from FR3DDevelopment that are required by RNA 3D Hub. Could you please merge the pull request if it's ok to move these files into FR3DSource?
