Enable lockpicks usage for all locks and safes #18

Not sure if that's already done by killap's patch, need to check. Also, need to provide more descriptive error message when an inappropriate lockpick type is used. (For combination saves, all types would inappropriate)

Not sure how to do this in a generic global script way. This probably rather belongs in UP.
