Unfortunately, there's no use_skill function, so unsure how to change the critter. UseSkillOn description is unclear - does it call the skill for the overridded critter normally, including running to the object?
[ ] Companions should be able to use items to boost their skills. Should be doable with UseSkill overriding when it's a companion and skill bonus (arg4) == 0.
[ ] Wrench and Tool should give a slight bonus (+10) to repair cumulatively (and that means simply checking whether they are in inventory). Easy to add the bonus, but not sure how to reset it back after skill's been used.
