damage mod: pulse grenades #35

EMP is special case, need to work around it. Also get_critter_stat(target, STAT_dmg_thresh_emp) doesn't seem to include armor bonuses, unlike other resist types.

Actually, grenades are not affected by the mod at the moment, so can pass.
