Not relevant to the issue, but I would recommend installing killap's patch rather than playing vanilla 1.02d

tested your mod with 1.02d (patch000.dat). changed healing_revision=0 and when I enter the temple i get free living anatomy perk. removing the healing scriptfile fixes this.
