I think a much more faithful implementation would be to base the title on the total number of characters engaged, rather the number of times.

The idea is to hook GVAR_SEX_COUNTER, check which script is modifying it, and allow only if that script hasn't increased it before. However, I can't find a way to count multiple encounter from the same script (bathhouse, Cat's Paw) correctly. Well, Cat's Paw could be probabilistic, but bathhouse is deterministic, and there's just nothing to hook on...
