Why is Animal Friend Perk not Restored? #198

it was Perk in Fallout 1, probably only reason to have Charisma above 2 its not very good perk, but it has some redeeming qualities

i assume you do not wanna restore it for some reason?

The Animal Friend perk is not cut content of Fallout 2, so it's not in the scope of the restoration project.

I doubt anyone's ever used it, seeing how it's usefullness is pretty much limited to roleplaying aspect. I have no strong opinion on this, but I'm not interested in spending time on it. If you really want it in RPU, you can start by creating a minimod that would recreate the perk and sharing it with other people.
