Make more RPU components optional for exe installer

Partially related to #239. I change more individual .dat components to optional, leaving only NPC armor appearance and party order as core components.

Comparing to the original RP 2.3.3 installer:

• black: not optional
• red: ini settings in rpu.ini
• blue: already optional
• green: changed to optional by this commit

I'm not sure it's such a good idea. It's not that I'm opposed to making components optional, but in my experience lists over 7-8 items long get unwieldy, and using over 10 items is essentially the same as no items at all, people would just click through next-next-next, because who wants that wall of text. Innosetup's tiny selection window doesn't help either.

Comparing to the descriptions in the original installer, the current options aren't that much "wall of text" IMO. There are always people smashing next button like crazy, but at least the options are there for people willing to check.
