Add all RPU components to mods_order.txt

A full list should be more foolproof for both installer and zip release, as sfall will validate the entries before adding them to the load order chain. The downside is leaving a bunch of Error: mods_order.txt entry not found: <component filename> in sfall-log.txt.

Thanks. Later probably can drop rpu_ from components that don't actually require it, like mysterious stranger. But that'll require changes elsewhere too.
