Review StartGDialogFix #116

It changes how original scripts work, need to assess how much trouble it is to fix them.

Every vanilla and RP call has mood=4. Don't see any point in changing. Not sure what use StartGDialogFix is, really. Without backwards compatibility it's very niche.
