It's more of a by-product of the spelling fix. When I was trying to sync with RPU translations, I noticed UPU has some strings fuzzy-ed but not in RPU, so I re-checked msg files (mostly editor.msg and qcfrank.msg) in the spelling fix commit and synced some lines.
I'll start to apply the spelling fix to RPU later.
