UP/RP fixed Cassidy's base proto by adding the leather armor stats, so he won't have negative DT/DR or armor stats lower than he should when switching armors. But the fix forgot to add another 500% EMP DR which all armors have by default.
Before Cassidy levels up, taking off his leather armor would result in him having 0/0% for all armor stats and render him susceptible to EMP damage. I give him 1000% EMP DR to make his armor stats exactly like other party members in leather armor.
