Crash to desktop when entering towns/cities #96

What happened: Tried entering vault city courtyard and the game crashed to desktop, this also happened on Abbey and I´m not sure if it happens in other maps. Happens every single time 100% on a fresh install of both Fallout 2 and RPU. No INIs changed. Only other mod running is FO2Tweaks (v12.9), also freshly installed with no INIs changed.

As you have Cassidy in party, it means you've already been to Vault City. Try collecting a debug package with ZAX, attach it here.
