dagger specialization not working #2

no extra 0.5 attack from dagger spec

Actually, this listed in original readme as a feature. Couldn't be done before tobex. Probably need to add a separate component for this.

Not sure if it needs to be done. WM is powerful as it is. Revisit if there's demand.
