Controlling random items #5

In PnP, wild mages have special control over random items, for example 50% chance to control Wand of Wonder. Need to check if that can be implemented. Deck of many things also comes to mind. Probably there are more such items...

Neat, but I don't see a way without ugly script hacks. If found a way, I'll revisit.
