One pilot packed up and said it'll be minutes before that wind breaks through in Kössen too. Some of the local tandem pilots decided not to launch. There were a few advanced pilots that launched 45-60 mins later. They reported the flight was no fun, with trashy thermals that were impossible to use. Wind came in around the peak so it was blowing both west and east over the LZ.
