BRILIA runs once per command, which takes time to load the MCR library and set up parallel computing. Will consider adding a program environment where BRILIA loads once and can accept multiple inputs in sequence.
BRILIA can now be loaded in its own command-line environment by starting the executable file without any extra inputs.
Windows> BRILIA.exe Linux$ run_BRILIA.sh RUNTIME_FOLDER BRILIA> (command here)
Windows> BRILIA.exe
Linux$ run_BRILIA.sh RUNTIME_FOLDER
