For example, for https://bh-tom2.astrolabs.pl/targets/GaiaDR3-ULENS-067/ the OGLE_EWS link should be: https://ogle.astrouw.edu.pl/ogle4/ews/2015/blg-0149.html

Solved, tested for OGLE2, OGLE3 and OGLE4 events.
