(!!!!!!) Photometry errors and Photometry File Errors should have delays 90 days. #135

All errors, no matter what kind should be viable for at least 90 days. Now it is 30 days. This was already told many times! We lost data! image

Again, temporary prolongation of keeping error & photometry file errors for 90 days.

Please, update current status of the issue and, if not finished, limit the number of assignees to the person actually in charge.

Just please note, that initially we were calculating the space for 7 days of FITS storage.
