AAVSO light curve broker #151

It might be a duplicate issue. We used to read AAVSO light curves, but not anymore. https://www.aavso.org/LCGv2/

Plus, sort out the names. We have an alias for AAVSO, but now it is created just out of the main name. Is there a way to query their DB to get the name of the target they use?

Example target: Tabby's star:
Ra, dec= 301.5643860504275 44.4568863525439
